WELCOME TO THE
MARQUETTE BUILDERS EXCHANGE!
The Marquette Builders Exchange wll celebrate 59 years on April 28, 2009. The organization was founded in 1950 by a group of twenty men representing general contractors, sub-contractors and material suppliers. Their intent was to make blueprints and specifications for general construction more readily available in the Marquette area.
Today MBE has more than 275 members from all over the Upper Peninsula, Lower Michigan and Wisconsin. The organization is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors which meet monthly, and the Plan Room is staffed by a Secretary/Manager whose hours are 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday.
2009 U.P. BUILDERS SHOW
The U.P. Builders Show is held in March of each year in Marquette, Michigan. Members of the Marquette Builders Exchange are eligible for reduced rates on booths.
